
as advertised in class, i would like to strongly encourage you to visit the new york art book fair this weekend. it is not required, but it will be a great opportunity to dip your toes deep into what is happening in graphic design now. if you go, you may want to go with a partner or a small group -- everyone's email is above. anyway, here is a link with all details including the hours and directions:

new jersey transit train tickets and nyabf entrance tickets will be fully reimbursed by the VIS department. so purchase these and keep your receipts. please see the details on how to use CONCUR for reimbursements below. any questions should be addressed to VIS coordinator "Kristy E. HOW TO SUBMIT A REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST FOR APPROVED CLASS MATERIALS IN CONCUR (for VIS course material reimbursements):
Go to PRIME.PRINCETON.EDU- CLICK ON THE GIANT BLUE CONCUR BUTTON.
In Concur, you will need to select KRISTY SEYMOUR as your approver. This is done through the top right corner PROFILE and PROFILE SETTINGS button(s). You must add Kristy in this section, NOT once in your expense report. If you do it in your expense report, it will not work. You will then go to the NEW button (+) and select start a report or start an expense report. To
name your expense report, please include the name of the course (ie Painting 1- VIS 203), the type of materials (select PROJECT MATERIALS) and then, the chart string is:
20505(department)/a0001(fund)/ac010(program). Then, you simply submit the reimbursement and I will approve it. If, once trying this, you still have questions, please reach out to Kristy directly- kseymour@princeton.edu.
